This is why we offer volunteering opportunities. To provide people with a platform to experience what it means to selflessly serve others with love and honesty. Our vision, mission and values underpin how we work at Elevate, and our doors are always open to people who align with what we believe and the impact we want to create in the world.

While we understand that many people want to create impact, there are time, resource and responsibility constraints that discourage some people from doing so. To address this, we have 3 volunteer teams at Elevate, each of which demand varying levels of commitment.
1. CORE TEAM
This is our primary team. If you connect with our vision, mission and values, and want to have hands-on and significant contributions to the work that we do, this is the perfect team for you. Core team positions will offer you access to our project planning process and all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into running the foundation. As a Core Team member, you will get to contribute to our operations through our Lagos or Abuja teams. And guess what? You can volunteer from any part of the world.
Our Core teams:
- Project Design: Functions include Reseach, Project Ideation and Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation.
- Project Implementation: Functions include Project Execution, Logistics, Stakeholder engagement
- Digital Programs: Functions include design and execution of Digital training programs, and managing internal tech infrastructure.
- Project Innovation: Functions include the development of digitally innovative projects that involve app development etc.
- Media Team: Functions include Graphic Design, Content Creation, Visual storytelling, and Public Relations
- People Experience: Functions involve Talent sourcing, enhancing Volunteer experience, Community management, and Administration.
- Fundraising and Partnerships: Functions involve organising Fundraising programs, Donor engagement, and Partnership engagement.
- Finance: Functions involve Financial management and Financial reporting.
You will benefit from:

Commitment:
- Approximately 5-7 hours a week. You are free to allocate these hours according to your schedule.
- 1 year volunteering period
